“Ordered two of these for my daughters for Christmas. One was in perfect condition but unfortunately, the other had a scratch down the front of the wooden box. I will try and get some wood renovation cream to try and cover it a little to make it less noticeable. Surely someone should be checking the condition of the item before posting out?”
