“I have been taking the capsules for several months now and I am delighted! I feel more balanced and I am convinced that they also have an effect on my sleep quality. A big plus for me is that so much information about how they are made and how they work is easily accessible. Because of the large pack, less packaging has to be produced, which I think is great - at the same time, it has an effect on the price.I find the capsules are very easy to take, I usually take them after a meal with a little water. The fact that they have no taste of their own also helps me.All in all, a great product from a very nice brand!”
“Habe das Produkt zum Testen zugesandt bekommen und wegen meiner Schlaf- und Stimmungsprobleme ausprobieren wollen. Leider hat sich nicht die erwartete Wirkung eingestellt. Auch bei meinem Freund, der die Tabletten dann selbst testen wollte, hat das Zeug nichts bewirkt. Teurer Spaß also, wenn nichts bei rumkommt :) Geschmacklich waren die Tabletten neutral und einfach einzunehmen mit Wasser. Kann man nicht meckern. Vielleicht liegt es ja aber auch daran, dass der Inhaltsstoff bei mir einfach nicht gut wirkt. Generell für Leute, die mit dem Wirkstoff gute Erfahrungen haben aufgrund der einfachen Handhabung zu empfehlen. Die Wirksamkeit zweifle ich persönlich aber leider an.”
