Rated at 3 because the product is good, but... For buyers information I purchased a made to measure box based on one of these drum cases. I had 3 days of emails going back and forward because my first enquiry was not read correctly... I supplied the information on which item I was ordering only to receive a reply asking if I wanted wheels when this was clearly stated in my first mail. This also included my specifications and everything that was needed to get a quote. It took 18 working days for it to arrive, we were told 10 - 14 (I'm taking it they do not work weekends so I've not included them to give the benefit of the doubt). That's just over 3 and a half weeks with the weekends. I was not contacted with a reasons for the delay or, when we enquired, given any delivery information to allow me to ensure that someone was available for taking the delivery. The image on the box that I referenced in my email shows a metal handle and the specs say that quality handles are used. I applaud the fact that the lid handle was replaced with side straps on the box rather than the lid but I expected a handle at each end of the box although I concede that only one end is shown on the site image... I received just a strap handle on one end. I hope that this is taken as positive critique and the company look into their communication and delivery. The item seems to be what I expected but the service would make me think twice about placing another order.

Thanks for your feedback Al. This is really useful feedback and much appreciated. It seems some elements fell below our usual levels of service but there are definitely some useful points for us to work from.
