“Ordered online to pick up in Redhill store.
Went to collect and told it wasn’t in and they’d chase it up took my number and said they’d chase it up and call me that day.
No phone call came.
Got a phone call 3 days later to say it had been delivered to the wrong store. They didn’t offer to send it to me. Told me they’d refund me then I can buy it from store. This all took around 10 days. By which time I’d been on my trip.
