“I have ordered this garment and it says online that there is harness access, when I received it there was nowhere for me to access a dog harness so I returned it in store and was told that it was a fault with the stitching so I returned it for a refund and ordered it again. I collected it from store for the second time and it was exactly the same, nowhere to access a harness so I have returned it again. The website has advertised it and the items I have received are not what it states.”
