Had a massive hole across the front on arrival. Sent back.

I've not put it up yet or even opened the packaging, however, the plastic delivery packaging that it came in was second to none. That tough bag stuff. 10/10 where packaging in concerned. Good job. You stay golden.

This was purchased to use as a seating area while camping. It was very easy to put up however the slightest breeze made the legs collapse in. In less than an hour the strap attaching the cover to the pole tore off and we had to take it down. Really disappointing and a bit embarrassing as ours was the only one that collapsed in a field full of different types. A design fault - the the poles are not all like the ones for the roof, if they were continuous it would stabilise the structure.

Used this when camping. Expected it to get blown away but was sturdy enough. Got it at a reasonable price in the sale too. Happy customer.

We had the two sides open, well pegged, a very slight breeze and kept collapsing .

Used it once. Simple to put up but flimsy construction. First puff of decent wind and it was over. Also why put black guy ropes on any sort of tent/ gazebo. Sorry trespass but not good I'm afraid.

Very flimsy. Does not protect from the rain at all. Avoid

We bought this for a local music festival event. It rained a bit and was very windy, however, the shelter went up very quickly and easily and the sides although mesh let little of the wind/rain through. Very pleased. Unfortunately, the delivery agent, DHL was a completely different matter! Had to collect it from their hub despite paying for a fast delivery. Even Trespas customer service has trouble contacting DHL.
