“I did love this but when I received it from the local Trespass shop they must have cut through the end of the packaging which then cut through the umbrella as there were slice marks all along the bottom from where I assume the packaging was cut to take it out of the box for me. They sent it for replacement but then I was told it was out of stock and was given a refund. I am a bit unhappy about this as I saw it on your website being advertised again almost the same time so I'm very annoyed about that as I would have liked it replaced.”

“Although I haven't returned it, I will not be getting another. The inner spokes don't sit on their plastic alignment, this making it a little out of shape. This is the 2nd one I have had but unfortunately it will be the last.”
