“Absolute disgrace. Item was delivered and the spokes were broken tried to contact customer services Three times with no response at all. Result left with a faulty umbrella as I certainly wasn't paying 3.00 to return it. Would not recommend this item and would certainly say that the customer services at TRESPASS need to look at how they action complaints”
