“I ordered 2 Sun Loungers and they were delivered with haste ,after I used one for the second time it collapsed on me ,I then noticed a fault on one of the legs . I contacted Trespass explaining my problem, they asked for pictures ,done on phone , sent them on an email, my chair was replaced within a couple of days and the broken returned in the same box ,collected by Royal Mail who supplied labels as required. Great service with thanks to Sally”

“This recliner is comfortable and solid. Minor problem with the bar across the bottom, but if you shift position a little. I found a better recliner for £200, but this is perfectly fine for £42”

“I ordered this garden reclining sun lounger chair as it was made by Trespass. As the weather has not been good and autumn is here now we have not had much chance to use it but it is comfortable to sit on, looks good and I am sure next year we will enjoy the beneffit of having it and peraps buy another.”
