“I bought three of these, in different sizes and colours, for my grandchildren. They are warm, but not bulky. They have been worn over a fleece for extra warmth, but equally under a waterproof to add an extra layer. My youngest granddaughter insists on wearing this over everything- fleece, dresses and even pyjamas!”
