“The hat came and was broken. I explained this in the return procedure. I was initially charged for the postage back, and not refunded the original delivery, so lost out by £7. I did eventually manage to explain that it was broken, it wasn't that I didn't like it. This all took so long even though on the original form, I had stated the item was faulty and explained how it was faulty.”
