“Received the jacket after a week, got it home to discover it was faulty. Put it back in the bag and packaging and returned it to the store. Manager ripped the bag open, inspected the jacket and agreed it was faulty. I asked if it could be exchanged in-store, no only a refund, so I agreed and I'm still waiting for the refund after 3 weeks. I have now emailed the customer service twice and don't even get a reply..”
