“Really lovely looking hat, wasn't expecting the clear sequins on a outdoor hat so I cut them off and I'm not sure what the fluff is made of!! The lining is sometimes noticable around the face as I bought the pink one but it is warm, a great price and it looks really cute. Worth the money.”
