“Ordered this as a birthday present to arrive today on my mother's birthday before 4pm. Time slot allocated as 6.40-7.40pm and advised at 7.15pm that delayed until 1/10/2015. Very disppointed with service and won't be using again.”

“Had one of these delivered to my Mum for her birthday as she wanted a scented standard rose for her garden. She was delighted with it. The ability to track exact delivery time and an email telling me when it was an hour away is fantastic. Let down by a very high profile/long running firm so this was a panic search on the net and I am very glad I found this company would definately use again. A+++++++”

“Fantastic, very well packaged in breathable box and came with gift ribbon attached. It was a gift for my mother for mothers day and she was thrilled! Would definitely order again quality of tree was far superior to those I have seen at local garden centres so are definitely worth the money.”

“I received the rose for my 65th birthday and it was a lovely surprise from my sister. It was very well packaged and the delivery driver was a very pleasant man. I am really looking forward to the tree growing in the years to come.”

“I ordered this as a wedding thank you gift. It arrived on the specified day and well packaged. Although the rose bush was trimmed back- given the time of year being November, it did have a lovely information notice. It was well received and we can't wait to see it grow!”
