“Recipient was very happy with the item. Unfortunately the whole process was let down by the couriers who failed to deliver on the correct day - explanation was one of their drivers was off, they had taken on an agency driver who was useless!, their words!! And it would be delivered a day late! Shame as the depot and recipient's address was in the same village, - delivery did not warrant the prices charged.”

“I live in the isle of Man and the rose was delivered to my brother and his wife in Stevenage, Herts... It arrived on time; they are pleased with it - but obviously I haven't seen it so it will probably be next year before I visit their garden!”
