“Only gave 3 stars due to the message being printed on paper and stuck to the card, ruined the look of the card, made it look cheaper - would have been better if message scanned straight onto card as the card was nice. You also have to provide your own envelope as didn’t come with.”

Hi Rachel, I’m really sorry to hear that the message was printed separately and stuck to the card, which affected the look you were hoping for. I can see why that would be disappointing, and I apologise for the oversight. We also note that envelopes aren’t included. If you’d like, we can offer a replacement card with the message printed directly onto the card (if available) or a refund/credit for this item.
