“I didnt see the card as I did my order long distance and the card was sent to family. However the feedback that I had from family is that the card was very tasteful and in order for the commemoration of a dear ones sudden passing. The card was included in the overall price of what i purchased from the company therefore I felt it to be excellent value for money. I liked its simplicity of style and the opportunity to add my own message in spite of the fact that it had already a nice message inside already printed. I liked the fact that it said in living memory rather than a sombre sad title and inside said to a special person which of course the family member who passed is and always will be.”

“The card was not worth it, I didn't have a long note as it was within the limits but yet it was not printed properly words cut off at the end could not be sent with the plant.”

“Although the message was as I requested. I feel the card could be a bit more personal, as the message was printed on a white sticky label inside. Perhaps on a decorative label or handwritten (if time allowed)”

Dear Christina Many thanks for your review. Our cards are printed to ensure that they are accurate and as the customer has written, with us dealing with sensitive occasions handwriting cards is not really possible due to human error and if we did spell something wrong it could ruin the gift or occasion. We always value customer feedback and thats a great idea about the decorative labels. Our account manager I am sure will be very interested to hear about them. Kind regards, Tree2mydoor :)
