“Very disappointed with accompanying card. Poor quality and the message left off the name of the sender. Luckily I had bought a separate card to give the recipient.”

Hi Sue, sorry to hear that the card didn't have the sender name printed in it. I will raise this with our packing team and see what went wrong there.

“The Golden Wedding card we chose ( as shown) was not sent. An ordinary anniversary card was sent instead. Very disappointing.”

Hi Peter, sorry to hear that you received a different care. We are currently waiting on more golden wedding cards to be delivered from the printers as they are very popular and we have run out, the packers will have switched the card for a replacement one.
