Hi Phil, We’re really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the card you received, we do not use envelopes because the cards accompany every tree and plant. The personal messages are printed onto a label that is applied to the inside of our greetings cards. “The 2 roses I bought were for a dear friend who had lost her Mum to cancer. Her daughter is young and doesn't understand so she can now visit the rose and pick the flowers. They were important for her to remember a Mum and Grandma. Thank you for making that possible”
