“The card itself is lovely but sadly is was bent and creased and not usable. I did read the same on other feedback so hopefully it's something the company are addressing.”

Hi Emma, thanks so much for your feedback. We are currently looking into this and are trying new ways to pack the cards into the box so we can avoid this in the future.

“The card itself was passable but the layout of the typed message inside was disappointing The word "remember" appeared over 2 lines eg re member.Obviously wasn't proof read.Looked amateurish.”

Hi Heather, thank you for your feedback. I have just had a look at your order and that seems to have been sent when we had a couple of technical issues with our printing. We managed to fix this issue but please accept our sincerest apologies that you had to receive a misprinted card.
