“The card was ordered but did not arrive, this meant that our friends had no idea who had sent the ruby wedding anniversary rose. This led to a great deal of embarrassment for all concerned, it was a great shame.”

“Disappointed as not really ruby colour & the personalisation was just typed on to a sticky label which fortunately I was able to remove & write my own sentiments.”
