“I bought two of the same rose bushes. The first was really nice but the second was very disappointing. When I opened it about a third of it's foliage dropped off including rose buds but as I needed it for the next day, it was too late to do anything about it. It's a shame as the first one was so very healthy.”

“I telephoned and spoke to a very helpful lady who advised me that she thought the product I wanted had just sold out and would call me back. In the meantime I went online and was able to order the Faithful Friend Rose with no problem. Ten minutes late I received a phone call from the lady to tell me it had just sold out and I explained that I had just ordered it and that it was for my best friends 60th birthday. She very kindly arranged to phone the wholesalers/growers and managed to get one for me and arranged for my online order to be processed. My friend received the rose and was dellighted with it and it arrived on the day in question. I am sorry that I can't remember the ladies name but she went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I very rarely write reviews but this was an exception.”

“I bought this for my brother in law for his 70th Birthday. It was an ideal 'thank you gift' for all the times I was entertained at his hearth fire in Ireland. He knew immediately where he would plant.”

“I bought this for my best friend as she had just lost her gorgeous dog, this rose was an ideal remembrance as she was a faithful friend. The plant arrived when scheduled and my friend was thrilled with it. Great quality and service, I will definitely order more in the future.”
