“Hopefully the rose will be beautiful when its in flower. It was packaged very well in a sturdy box and looked in good condition when my friend opened it. I think the company need to change courier though as the rose did not arrive on the day I booked it for and the app didn't keep me informed. The company said the rose would arrive the following day after a delay, but it didn't. It arrived 2 days later when we had already left to go to the celebration, so I then had to drive back the following day to deliver the present.”

“I had trouble completing my purchase on the website but I phoned and Henry sorted out my order. It arrived on the stated day and was a lovely healthy plant, lovely glossy foliage with a nice bud. The recipient was delighted.”

“The rose bush was smaller than I anticipated but it arrived on the day that I asked for it to be delivered and in good condition with plenty of buds. It was beautifully packaged and the recipient of the gift was very pleased.”
