“The parcel arrived in an hourglass shape - and was packed so tight it was a struggle to remove the tree when we did we noticed that some bits of the tree had broken off in the box . The tree itself had obviously suffered in transit but is a beautiful colour and hopefully it will recover”

“The tree was delivered on the correct day - unfortunately there was no one in to receive it and it was collected several days later. It was still in good shape and my niece and nephew were delighted with it - makes a change from a silver moneybox! My great niece is enjoying the responsibility of watering it.”
