“I have already sent a review but happy to do it again. The rose itself is fine, we'll have to wait until its ready to flower to know for sure. However, it was the card that I was upset about. It had been shoved under the rose itself and therefore unusable as it was creased and dirty. It's not the end of the world but a little unnecessary.”

Hi Shontelle, I'm so sorry that the card arrived like that. I have contacted our nursery manager as this is a rare occurrence. It sounds like it could have slipped under the rose bush while it was in transit. On a brighter note we hope you enjoy the beautiful rose blooms that are yet to come :)
