“A big disappointment embarrassed that nothing more than a gift wrapped twig was delivered, nothing like what sells it as - a picture of a beautiful rose bush. Have complained - but little response and disinterested.”

Dear Stephen We did respond to your company review asking for you to resend the emails you sent as we do not have them. If you can send this over we can of course look into this for you. The roses are currently bare as the website states however we do offer a full refund policy if you are not happy with your gift. Many kind regards, Tree2mydoor

“Ordered for parents and they were very pleased with the presentation of the rose. As it's February the bush was fairly small but looked healthy so fingers crossed that it will blossom well.”
