“Unfortunately the wrong rose was delivered on this very special occasion. The whole family was gathered together from Canada, Isle of Man and England. I felt rather silly and very disappointed when the wrong rose was delivered as it had been my responsibility to organise this. Having said this the customer service has been very helpful and have arranged for the correct rose to be sent on 13th October. Sadly the whole family have now returned to their own homes so my parents will receive this alone.”
