“The rose - my friends said they were pleased but when I called to see them and saw the rose I was very disappointed. It was small and I felt not good value for money, my friend (a proficient gardener) assures me it will come good. She said it was well packed. Delivery - 4 days late, I needed to contact Tree2mydoor. The delivery company said they could not find the property but with sat nav, internet direction etc I find it questionable that a house on the side of an "A" road could not be found. In essence I do not believe them. Tree2mydoor Customer Service - excellent, prompt and provided delivery company with landline telephone number of my friends. (Why did delivery company not think to do that???!!!!)”

“I purchased this rose as a gift, it came the very next day,it was beautifully wrapped ready for giving which was a wonderful surprise for me as I was wondering how I was going to do that. The couple who received it were over the moon and are looking forward to seeing it in its full glory.”

“Service very quick. Rose and wrapping look lovely. Found postage pricey but came intact and we'll protected. Bought one similar for my sister/brother in law, silver anniversary 2 years ago they send me photos each year of the beautiful roses on it.”
