“Whilst the rose itself was beautiful, it was not delivered on the day I requested. I ordered the rose on a Thursday morning and selected two day deliver. The website let be input the Saturday for the day I wanted it delivered and charged me £12 for this service. The rose was not delivered until the Monday and when I contacted the company by telephone they stated that they do not deliver on Saturdays, but this was not highlighted to be at the time of placing the order.”

“Arrived quickly and when stated. In very good condition. At this time most roses are 'past their best' this was looking great. Nicely presented.”
