“Unfortunately the Ruby rose gift i ordered did not arrive and there was quite a mix up. In the end,after no reply to my email,I rang and was told they would order a replacement which would arrive 2 days later so no longer on the date id paid for. I was refunded a grand total of £4 for postage but that didnt cover the disappointment of not arriving on the anniversary itself. While Henry was very apologetic, I would not buy from here again. The rose itself is nice,if somewhat smaller than I thought.”

We completely understand the importance of a timely delivery for such a special occasion and agree that a replacement arriving two days later could not make up for missing such an important date. We also apologise that you had to follow up by phone after not receiving a response to your email. Our customer service department are available 9am - 4pm and your email arrived in our inbox closer to 5pm. While we’re glad Henry was able to assist and arrange a replacement, this was not the level of service we aim to provide.
