“Ordered the Star Magnolia Tree as a birthday present for a friend. The tree was very well packed, in good condition, established and even had a bud on it. I made an error with the dlivery date but I emailed Tree2mydoor who responded quickly and corrected my error. Unfortunatly the tree did not arrive when planned so I cantacted Tree2mydoor again who chased the order and discovered it had not been shipped by the delivery company (this will be looked at further by them). Tree2mydoor then monitored the delivery and confirmed to me when it had been delivered to my friend a few days later than planned. I was refunded the difference in postage cost between specific date delivery and standard dleivery. Tree2mydoor were extremely helpful and quick to respond to my emails and the tree was gratefully recieved and a lovely surprise for my friend.”

“Fabulous service First delivery attempt unsuccessful due to our fault for not providing the code for the entry gate. We were notified of the problem and provided the code. The courier actually went back to the address a couple of hours later and successfully completed. the delivery!!! Fantastic service!!!!!!!”
