“Bought this lovely rose in a container for delivery to my daughter for her birthday. She was really pleased with it. Even though it is September, it has plenty of buds. Unfortunately, the greetings card that I paid extra for didn’t arrive with it even though I had paid for it and was itemised on my receipt and the delivery note.”
