“Received a lovely lemon tree in great condition- this was a replacement for a plant received earlier which was not in great shape. The company was brilliant when dealing with my issue and very quickly sent a replacement. Thank you”

We understand how important the condition of your purchase is, and whilst fallen fruit wont be in any way detrimental to the tree itself, we do appreciate how disappointing this must be for you. “I was very diassappointed by the tree that arrived. Originally intended to be a wedding gift, the tree that arrived was very small, not at all in the same proportions as the example image and would have been a little embaressing to gift on a special occasion. I contacted the company and ased for them to resolve the situation and I was told that as 'the tree was healthy' (even if not asthetically pleasing) that they did not believe there was any issue. They agreed to refund the tree, but I had to cover the return postage. Tread with caution if you are buying this as a gift for someone, my experience cost me the price of the return postage. I ended up going to a garden centre and for the same money (actually marginally less!) I bought a lemon tree that was also healthy, 60% larger and not something I would have been worried to gift to a close friend.”

We sincerely apologise that the tree you received did not meet your expectations, especially since it was intended as a wedding gift. We understand how important it is for gifts to feel special and we’re sorry if you feel we fell short in this instance. We appreciate your feedback regarding the size and aesthetic of the tree and want to again assure you that our trees are grown naturally in Spain and Italy, without the use of grow lights, to speed up the process. They are around 4/5 years old when dispatched and will thrive for a very long time to come.
