“The original rose arrived in February as a birthday gift and was planted according to instructions immediately. Unfortunately the rose failed to thrive and is still not growing. I contacted Tree to my Door and after an exchange of emails, the rose was replaced without question. The replacement is now growing and looks beautiful. Despite the problem, Tree to my Door dealt with my problem in such a great manner and very efficiently. I would recommend them.”
