“Purchased the “Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross Dog Guard and Boot Liner Bundle (2017-on)” based on the product description claiming it fits all models from 2017 onwards. This is not correct.
The dog guard does not fit a 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross — the mounting points do not align, making installation impossible. The boot liner is too small and clearly does not match the dimensions of the 2023 model.
The items were delivered in two separate shipments, and despite contacting customer service, the return process has been slow and attempts were made to pass return shipping costs to the customer, even though the products do not conform to the description.
This product does not meet the advertised specifications. Check carefully before ordering.”
