“My beef is with customer service and not product. I bought product ahead of receiving my new vehicle. In the meantime of waiting we had to re-home our dog. I never opened product and reached out using different methods to see about returning product. Crickets. I never heard back. Only writing this review now as they sent me an email asking for me to leave a review nearly two years later.”
