“Firstly the beam arrived damaged, it had compeltely come out of the flimsey cardboard box and been scraped on the floor. I was sent some stain to touch it up and a very small refund. The beam sat in my room climatising for 4 months over winter, with fire on until it was fitted, however it has still cracked far more than I expected and to a point it is now warped and wont sit flat on the wall, it is above recomended distance from the fire and has many deep and unsightly fissures. Very disspointing, I would not buy this online again.”

I have checked through our emails and can see that you were offered a free replacement or a partial refund with some stain & wax to rectify the small bit of damage your item had received during transit, however you opted for the partial refund, stain & wax.
