“The beam is very well finished, and looks good above our new fire. I ordered it over Christmas, when the company was closed, and I was kept updated on delivery times. We were on holiday when delivery was due, but when I explained this the company held delivery until our return. Very good service - thank you.”

“The website is easy to navigate. I had a couple of questions about the finish of two types of beam and rang the company. The phone was answered promptly and the lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She sent me a link to view additional photos which really helped with the final decision. Put in the order and the beam arrived five days later; colour and style matched the on-line information. I just wish there was an opportunity to upload a photo as I'm absolutely thrilled with the beam as it perfectly finished off the installation of a wood-burning stove. I'm always a little bit wary of ordering 'statement' pieces on-line - Traditional Beams are great - can definitely recommend them with 5 stars!”
