“We received excellent service. The oak mantle piece we received was of very high quality. Unfortunately we had significantly under estimated its weight and needed to return the product, but they were very understanding and Catherine especially was incredibly obliging in helping us to do this. We have not yet received a refund but confident we will do so soon. We would highly recommend this company.”
