“The shelf itself is well made and looks nice but the quoted delivery time was much longer than expected (allowing for pandemic). The fixtures that come with the self to attach it to the wall are inadequate and the shelf was not supported well enough. We have had to purchase brackets and different wall plugs in order to fit this to our wall. A bit disappointing although the quality of the wood itself is very nice”

Please accept our apologies you did not receive your item within the time stated on our website, as you have mentioned their has been a few slight delays due to their being an unusually high amount of orders received during lockdown, our Production Team have been working tirelessly to keep up. The fixings that are supplied with this product are designed to fix directly to a solid wall. We offer a range of fixings for different wall types. If a customer has any issues with installation we always recommend getting in touch so we can identify the issue and find a solution.
