“This was an excellent purchase. A characterful, very substantial and beautifully prepared beam, even better than it looked in the photo, which is always a risk I think, when buying online. Staff were very helpful and assisted immediately when I requested some fixing advice on the phone, to use long steel rods, rather than screws through a thick layer of insulation then in to brick. This worked perfectly. We are very happy with the finished result. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with our aged Oak mantle. Beautiful piece of wood, lovely markings and skme interesting cracks. Good communication from order to delivery and excellent fittings -much needed as its a solid weight!
