“We have been very impressed with this company throughput the transaction. The oak is truly rustic with cracks and splits which have opened as the wood adjusts to our warm house. The information on the website warned us this may happen so there were no surprises there. We think it enhances the overall appearance. Delivery was as described and we were surprised and delighted that we weren't charge extra for delivery to our remote address (other companies charged a premium).”
