“These shelves are excellent quality and made very well. After ordering some in Walnut we decided they where too dark. Traditional Beams where very understanding and sent some replacements out in a lighter colour.”

“The oak beam arrived early, was well packaged, so undamaged on arrival. The beam itself is a beautiful piece of wood, well finished without looking overmanufactured. The colour was a really good match to your website and sp fits well with suŕrounding furniture. The bolts to attach the beam to wall were easy to fit however the washers used to spread the weight of the beam were insufficient. In consequence the washers embedded in the surface plaster pulling the beam slightly out of alignment. Required to purchase small metal plates to replace the washers which fixed this problem. Overall very pleased with this quality product now in place and looking good.”

I'm sorry to hear that the fixings didn't work for you as they should. We don't often get people having difficulties with these but we are always reviewing our fixing methods, recently changing to a heavier duty wall plug so we will certainly take your comments on board. I'm glad it's finally in place and looking great. Thanks again.
