“We are delighted with our beam. The colour was exactly as shown on the website and the degree of ‘ageing’ is perfect and looks very natural. It was very easy to erect and the hafele fittings are top quality. The beam arrived well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap within a tailor made box. Would highly recommend.”

Hello, Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry to hear you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We would love to know why you think your order 'isn't the best'- We can then look into this for you. If we know areas we may be going wrong we can then improve so we would be very grateful if you could elaborate and hopefully we can correct the situation for you. We would hate to think our customers are not happy with what they have purchased. In regards to size we do state on our website in the 'what you need to know' section in the description of the product that sizes are approximate to 1/2 an inch after machining and sanding. We do try to be as transparent as possible with what our customers are buying. If your order is more than 1/2 an inch different then please do let us know and we will be happy to look into this for you. Many thanks Rebecca

“I am so pleased with this purchase. I was nervous as to how it would look as when selecting the colour and size online it is really hard to tell what the finished product would be like but I needn’t have worried as it looks amazing! The quality is fantastic and really finishes the room. It is a bit pricey but I feel it is well worth the money. All that’s left to do is to hang some stockings ready for Christmas!”
