“Unfortunately the first beam was damaged on receipt, but they were very easy to deal with and had no problem sorting out a replacement, which we received within a week of the initial delivery. The beam is beautiful, good quality and very heavy. Looks great on our Chimney Breast.”

Hi William, thanks for your feedback. We are glad you are pleased with your Aged Oak Beam. Our website and the checkout does specify certain locations are subject to an additional charge. We would love to be able to offer everyone free postage but on occasions it is not feasible due to what the courier charges us.
