“We received what we thought was incorrect size not realising how the wood is cut and treated once we contacted company whom immediately pre paired a new mantal to our measurement for a small extra price as slightly larger, which we picked up our shelves and were thrilled with purchase finishing our fire to a high standard and have compliments from all our friends . Must praise the company for excellent after sales service thankyou again”

“Nice company to deal with.. Ordered the wrong beam, quick phone call sorted it out. Told the beam wouldn't be delivered til after New Year... It came on Xmas eve! One thing would improve excellent service... Need to email customers that delivery is coming that day... Beam was left partially out in rain.”

“I ordered 3 floating shelves. They arrived very well packed and protected from transit scratches and scrapes. The fixings are decent and the holes are very well drilled. I didn't have too many problems drilling the wall holes to size and they fitted well. The wood itself is very good quality and lovely to look at. Overall I'm very pleased. 4 star rather than 5 as £300 for 3 shelves is a little pricey.”
