“Delivery was as stated and well wrapped. Very pleased with how it looked. Two weeks in the room allowing it to acclimitise. Instructions for installation were simple and easy. Installed well taking great care to ensure enough support was available. Need to point out that it should be 18inches above flue unless insulated. Otherwise looks lovely and a great addition to our living room.”

Hi Dennis, Thanks for taking the time to leave a 5 star review, We are pleased you are happy with the beam and found it easy to install. We don't state any distance from the flu as it can be different for different stoves and heat outputs and as we are not HETAS registered installers we are unable to offer guidance with this, also not everyone is installing above a stove but we do understand that some people may need to be more aware that beams need to be safe distance away from stoves. Thanks again. We would love to see you again.

“So So So pleased with my purchase, had friends saying wow we they enter room. Love the colour of stain I choose and looking for the oil / stain to do my other wood items in room.
