“Beautiful beam. Would definitely recommend traditional beams as a company they have been so good, keeping me updated on our order, then we changed our minds and wanted a larger beam which was no problem at all for the company to exchange. Now I’m eagerly awaiting new beam :-) as they are beautiful.”

“The Traditional Beams team are just fantastic, the communication is excellent. They pushed out all the stops to get my beam delivered in time for my fitter, which they did. And the beam is beautiful and It really makes a feature in the room. I have no hesitation in recommending Traditional Beams, if all businesses offered customer service like this it would be amazing, most definitely the bench mark for others to aim for.
