“Was quietly surprised by the quality and speed of not only the product but service and instruction once received. It's always a risk when buying straight from the Internet. You really don't know what you are actually going to receive. I received exactly what was advertised. Lovely looking beam, just the right colour and looks lovely in our front room. Fitting instructions were easy to follow and sturdy fitting supplied. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an oak beam.”
