Hi William, thanks for your purchase and review, the metal brackets are included within the price of the Pine shelves which you should have received, I would guess that they may have got lost in transit. I can see that you have purchased 3 pairs separately so I will issue you a refund for those because they should have arrived with your order, thanks for shopping with Traditional Beams :)
